Access

The car park has 3 levels and 2 entrances:

• Main entrance on Plaza Atotxako Zelaia via 2 lifts, stairs or escalator. The lifts are accessible to wheelchairs users.
• A second entrance onto level -3 from Plaza Teresa de Calcuta 5, via stairs or the lift. The lift is accessible to wheelchairs users.
• The turning radius inside and outside the car park's pedestrian entrance doors exceeds 1.80 m.
• Route accessible to wheelchair users.

Lifts

• Dimensions of the lifts at the main car park entrance: 141 cm by 170 cm. The clearance width at the doors is 90 cm.
• Dimensions of the lifts at the other car park entrance: 110 cm by 140 cm. The clearance width at the door is 90 cm.
• The lifts have buttons in Braille and high relief.

Parking Spaces for PRM

• The car park has 5 PRM spaces
• On level -1 there is a PRM space next to the lifts. Dimensions: 3.20 m by 4.50 m.
• On level -2 there are 2 PRM spaces next to the entrance ramp. Dimensions: 3.60 m by 5.35 m.
• On level -3 there are 2 PRM spaces. One of them has dimensions 3.60 m by 4.50 m, and the other 2.75 m by 6.60 m.
• The PRM spaces have floor markings.
• The vehicle may be accessed from the rear or from the side.
• In some cases there are pillars that obstruct access.
• No bookings of PRM spaces can be made.
