San Sebastián airport is located 20 km from the city in the municipality of Fuenterrabía - Hondarribia, close to Franco-Spanish border. It is part of AENA's network of Spanish airports. The airport has a café, information point, two meeting points to assist passengers with reduced mobility or disabilities, rest and meeting rooms, a car park, car rental facilities, taxi rank and bus stop.

The airport can be reached by adapted public transport.

Numerous Lurraldebus intercity bus lines connect the airport to San Sebastián city centre.

The pedestrian route between the taxi rank, the bus stop and the car parks is accessible to wheelchair users.

Parking spaces for PRM

Paid car park. The car park has 6 spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility. Size: 3m x 4,50m.

The Aena website allows you to reserve parking spaces but there is no specific option to reserve PRM parking spaces. You can choose the space you want once you get to the car park.

  • The airport has two main entrances: arrivals and departures.
  • Automatic sliding doors at ground level with clearance of > 90cm.

Getting around inside

  • The inside of the airport is accessible to wheelchair users.
  • The flooring is hard, even and free of protrusions.
  • An elevator is available.

Adapted toilets

  • The airport has two areas with toilets, separated by sex. An adapted stall is available at each set of toilets.
  • The door clearance is 90cm.
  • The turning radius inside the adapted stall is > 1,50m.
  • The toilet is practically right against one of the wall and has a fixed bar. There is a folding bar on the other side.
