Transport
- It can be reached by adapted public transport.
- The 16 service from the urban bus network operated by Dbus has stops near the venue.
- The bus stop is called ‘Meteorologikoa PO.44’ and it is 350 m (5 min) away from the hotel.

Please note! The pedestrian route between the bus stop and the hotel is a main road running uphill, and the venue does not recommend using it, especially at night.
Parking spaces for people with reduced mobility
- The hotel has a private car park.
- It has 2 areas, one outdoors and one underground.
- In the underground car park there is a space reserved for people with reduced mobility. Dimensions: 4.25m by 5.70m.
- The route between the car park and the hotel entrance is barrier-free.
Access
- The venue has one main entrance.
- From the underground car park, the entrance to the hotel is on the same level. There are two manual doors: one has a clear opening width of 75 cm and for the other one it is 85 cm. Both doors are double doors and can be fully opened if necessary.
- From the outdoor car park, there are steps and a ramp for accessing the building.
- The ramp is accessible to wheelchair users. Width: 1.80 m, length: 6 m and gradient: 5%
- There are 2 automatic sliding doors with a clear opening width of 2 m.
Please note! the doors are made of glass and the second one has no safety stickers.

- The lower area of the reception desk is 77 cm from the ground.
Please note! the reception desk does not have an open space for wheelchair user access.

Getting around
- Wheelchair users can move freely around the hotel.
- Hard, non-slip flooring.
- Wide, well lit passageways and entrance halls.
- Seats in reception, on the reception terrace and in the cafe.
Please note! The entrance to the terrace next to reception has a step that is 13 cm high.
- There are stairs and a lift.
- The staircase is spiral and there are handrails on either side.
- The lift is accessible for wheelchair users. Dimensions: 110 cm by 140 cm and with a clear opening width of 90 cm in the doorway.
- The lift has a button panel in Braille, high relief and contrast inside and outside, and it has visual prompts giving the floor number.
- There is a ramp between the cafe and the breakfast table area that is 1.30 m long, 0.90 m wide and has a gradient of 6%
Adapted toilets
- The hotel has adapted public toilets.
- There is a unisex toilet on the main floor between the reception and the restaurant.
- The clear opening width of the doors is 86 cm. The door to the toilet is manual, and the cubicle has a sliding door.
- The lavatory has support rails on either side, one fixed and one movable.
- The washbasin is accessible for wheelchair users.
- The mirror reaches the floor.
Please note! There are no signs indicating where the toilet is.
- There are 2 toilets, a ladies and a gents in the Oteiza Area.
- The clear opening width of the toilet entrance doors is 75 cm and for the cubicle doors it is 72 cm. All the doors are manual.
- The toilets have a fixed bar and a folding bar.
- The washbasins are accessible to wheelchair users.

- The spa can be accessed either via the stairs or via the lift.
- The areas for moving around are spacious and there is no unevenness.
- The pool area and saunas are accessed via a low ramp, with a handrail on the left and a door that is 80 cm wide.
- The clear opening width of the door to the sauna is 86 cm and for the door to the Turkish bath it is 90 cm.
Please note! The pool is not accessible for wheelchair users.
Espacio Oteiza (cafe, snacks, lunches/dinners)
- The entrance is at ground level.
- There are no barriers when moving around the area.
- The height between the bottom edge of the tables and the floor is 65 cm.
- There is a spacious terrace without any slopes.
- The menu is available via a QR code.
- The menu offers information about allergens.
