• The building is on a site in the Calle Oriamendi. From the street pavement there is a direct access to the site via a pedestrian entrance with steps and a ramp, and a gate for cars with a ramp.
• The pedestrian entrance ramp is wheelchair-accessible. Dimensions: 1.80 m wide by 10 m long and a 7.50 % slope.
• The carpark and entrance to the building are below street level.
• The doors to enter the building open outwards manually with a clear opening width of 90 cm.
