Located next to the river Urumea and the Adif Estación del Norte, the bus station is a three-storey building with a mezzanine floor: the main floor houses the bus station, which has 21 bays. Access to the station, offices and a bicycle park is via the mezzanine floor. There is also a two-storey underground car park. The station provides a luggage storage service with 24-hour surveillance, cafeteria, supermarket open every day, shops, ATMs, a car rental service and a service for passengers with reduced mobility or disabilities.

Lurraldebus is the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council’s intercity public bus service connecting towns through the province of Gipuzkoa as well as providing lines to the other Basque province capitals.
